Our team
Director
Our strength lies in our individuality. Set up by me, Sabrina Napthine, I am passionate about using the psychology of decision-making, systemic methods and regenerative leadership to create healthier, happier teams and organisational culture. I love to start new projects from the ground up, supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their personal and professional goals. With over 10 years of experience as a social worker and 6 years in sales, I have developed unique skills and knowledge in facilitating, coaching, mentoring, and supporting diverse and complex needs.
I integrate regenerative leadership, systemic practices, and psychology principles to create positive and lasting change for my clients. I have MSc in Psychology, an MSW degree from Kingston University, a certificate in systemic practice and regenerative leadership. I have undertaken many different training programmes in supervision, coaching and mentoring. I work online and in person with clients from a variety of organisations. I aim to build a happier, more integrated, diverse team at every level.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where people can feel able to be themselves at work, feel happy to be at work and are able to bring their best ideas and creativity to the workplace. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help. Helping them craft an inclusive culture that they are proud of and employee's want to stay. If we can do that and also build in regenerative principles for the environment we live in, then our mission is complete!
